Balcony 9 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the garden. 1 pet/ dog allowed.


    Bad Hofgastein: Cosy apartment block "Haus Valery". In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, located by a road. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: lounge, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 500 m. Golf course 2 km, tennis 300 m, cable car 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m, ice field 1 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
