    St. Georgen 11 km from Zell am See: Beautiful, comfortable farmhouse "Haus Moderegg", 1'170 m a.s.l., built in 1998. 12 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: property, garden, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue house, children's playground (swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 7.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bakery 4.6 km, bus stop 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course 23 km, cable car 12.5 km, skisport facilities 12.5 km, ski school 9 km, sled run 6.2 km, cross country ski track 4.5 km. Please note: car recommended.
