Open dining room. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The sleeping area in the living room can be isolated from the rest of the room by a curtain.

    Rettenbach 3 km from Mittersill: Rustic single-family house "Wieser", 2 storeys, built in 2000. In the district of Rettenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. For shared use: large, well-kept garden (not fenced). Terrace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 3.2 km, café 3.2 km, bus stop 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.5 km, skisport facilities 4 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kitzbüheler Alpen, Zell am See - Kaprun. Hiking paths: Hohe Tauern. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

    We were here in 4 persons (3 adult and 1 small child) between 11.02.2017 to 18.02.2017. It was very good time. I recommend everyone, especially families. Mieszkanie ładne, jasne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone (oprócz standardów czyli Internetu, zmywarki, piekarnika jest suszarka do włosów, ekspres do Show more kawy, toster itp.). Ładne widoki z jadalni. W ogródku przed mieszkaniem są atrakcje dla dzieci tj. huśtawka, mała ślizgawka, karmnik dla ptaków itp. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Właściciele bardzo mili i uprzejmi. Dość dobra lokalizacja. 7 minut samochodem do Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen i 20 minut do Pass Thurn. Region Kitzbuhel – super kurort, mimo niewielkiej wysokości północne położenie stoków sprawia, że śnieg przy dodatnich temperatur jest sypki. Zillertal arena położona 40 minut jazdy samochodem. 10 minut samochodem od apartamentu znajduje się Bramberg am Wildkogel z najdłuższą oświetloną trasą saneczkową na świecie – super zabawa polecam każdemu, choć miejscami zjazd jest trochę niebezpieczny. Ogólnie wrażania z apartamentu i atrakcji dookoła bardzo pozytywne. Polecam każdemu chcącemu w rozsądnej cenie znaleźć apartament w okolicach kurortu Kitzbuhel. Show less
