    1-room apartment 26 m2 on 4th floor. Object suitable for 4 adults. Fully renovated, modern furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 french bed, 1 double wall-trunk bed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. The window and balcony are located on the back of the house towards the hill. 2 extra beds (sofa bed) can also be booked.


    Large apartment block "Sonnenhang", 1'230 m a.s.l., built in 1975, renovated in 2012. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Mühlbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 5 km, café, bus stop 100 m. Ski lift 1.7 km, gondola lift 6 km, skisport facilities 6 km, slopes 1.7 km, ski school 1.7 km. Nearby attractions: Eisriesenwelt 33 km, Grossglockner, Stadt Salzburg 56 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mühlbach-Dienten-Maria Alm 6 km, Hochkeil 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ritzensee Saalfelden 19 km, Zeller See 32 km. Hiking paths: Hochkönig 20 m. Flying Fox Park with 20 stations, slackline course, field archery, ATV trails and bikes with electric charging stations, mini- zoo.
