    1-room apartment 33 m2 on 1st floor. Modern furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed, dining table and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Terrace 14 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Please note: non-smokers only.


    Zell am See: Cosy apartment block "Holiday", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage space n 8. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Gondola lift 50 m, skisport facilities 300 m, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

    Lage gut in der Nähe der Seilbahnstationen, leider nur mit Schneeketten sicher erreichbar (Problem: für 150 m sind Ketten an danach wieder abzulegen: also ungeeignet für flexible Trips mit dem KFZ in die Stadt/ Ski-Bus endet um 18:00 mit kl. Kindern aufgrund der Berglage von der Stadt aus nicht zu Show more Fuss erreichbar/ da die Küchenlüftung kaum funktioniert und die Küche kein Außenfenster hat, gibt es ein Kochgeruchsproblem und das Problem klebbriger Schränke/ Die Außenzugangstreppe wurde nicht regelmäßig von Schnee u. Eis geräumt - insbesondere da auch noch eine Stufe gebrochen ist, ist die Zuwegung gefährlich /nicht geeignet für Behinderte, alte Menschen, Familien mit kleinen Kinder und auch nicht für alle diejenigen, die ohne ständigen Kettenwechsel KFz-mobil sein möchten Show less
