2-room apartment 40 m2, on the top floor. Comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV, flat screen, hi-fi system and DVD. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. There is a beautiful view of the Stephan Cathedral from the apartment.


1. Bezirk: Small apartment house "Am Rabensteig". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city. In the house: restaurant, lift, central heating system. Public car park at 150 m. Grocery 50 m, restaurant 20 m, tram 200 m, bus stop 50 m, underground station "Schwedenplatz" 200 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Nearby attractions: Stephansdom 500 m. There is a stop for the airport bus nearby at the "Schwedenplatz". Use the nearby mooring (2 mins) for the sea plane for a trips to Bratislava.

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft im Zentrum der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung ist dem Preis angepasst, aber renovirungsbedürftig. Leider gibt es keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit bei der Wohnung.
