Open large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, cable TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Parquet floors. Terrace, garden 50 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.


4. Bezirk: Beautiful, historical apartment block, renovated in 2017. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of (10 min.), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 800 m. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 30 m, bakery 100 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, tram "D" 150 m, bus stop "13 A Mommsengasse" 80 m, railway station "Hauptbahnhof" 500 m, underground station "U1 Hauptbahnhof". Nearby attractions: Schloss Belvedere 100 m, Botanischer Garten 100 m, Heldendenkmal der roten Armee 1 km. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome GmbH in Margaretenstr.103.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in einem schönen Innenstadthaus, gleich beim Schloss Belvedere. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und alles da, was man braucht (und ein paar aufmerksame Details mehr): Fernseher, ein Notebook zum Surfen, Spielkarten, ein paar Kinderspielsachen. Besonders nett fanden wir Show more die Nespresso-Kapseln und Tees für die Gäste! Alles tiptop sauber und gepflegt bei unserer Ankunft. Den kleinen Innenhofgarten mit Terrasse haben wir im Winter nicht genutzt, im Sommer ist das aber sicher fein. Von der Lage her sind der Hauptbahnhof und die U-Bahn (Linie U1) in nur 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der U-Bahn sind es nur ein paar Stationen ins Zentrum. Sind aber überhaupt auch viel zu Fuß gegangen, weil vieles in Gehreichweite. In der Umgebung haben wir ein paar Lokale entdeckt, wo man gut frühstücken kann. Ein klassisches Wiener Kaffeehaus (Café XXX) zum Beispiel, oder das lässig-urbane Hotel XXX ums Eck. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt – jederzeit wieder! Show less

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per qualsiasi trasferimento, noi ci siamo mossi a piedi. Il servizio è ottimo e l'appartamento è gradevole, pulito ed accogliente. Inoltre ci sono molti servizi compreso un notebook e giochi per bambini.
