Thanks to Interhome's satisfaction guarantee, on arrival at your Interhome holiday accommodation you are automatically insured against any unexpected surprises at no extra cost. We will reimburse up to EUR 5,000.- of your rental price should there be unforeseen, significant shortcomings in your holiday accommodation. Quickly and without any fuss.

The most important points of Interhome’s satisfaction guarantee: 

  • Money-back guarantee up to a maximum sum of EUR 5,000.-.
  • The insurance cover begins at the point of booking the rental property and ends one day (24 hours) after taking possession of the holiday apartment or holiday house.
  • Significant shortcomings are shortcomings which make it impossible for the insured party to stay in the accommodation under normal conditions, or the absence of specific services which are proven to have been decisive factors in the choice of accommodation.

Report any significant deficiencies in the property you booked within 24 hours of taking possession of it by calling +41 44 283 32 22. The Allianz Service Centre can be reached from Monday to Friday on workdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Outside of the opening times as well as on public holidays and 24 December and 31 December, the report must be made on the day the Service Centre is next open.
